About these terms

This website, cambiohq.com, is operated by Humanity Media Inc. In these terms, "Cambio", "we" and "us" mean Humanity Media Inc.

These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the contract for the Cambio service. Hosting, maintenance and development are provided under a written agreement signed with each agency. Where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement applies.

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

Using this site

You may use this site to learn about Cambio and to ask us for a Stack Check. You agree not to:

• use it in a way that breaks the law;
• try to get into parts of the site, or systems behind it, that are not open to you;
• disrupt the site, or send it automated traffic that gets in the way of other visitors;
• submit information that is false, or that belongs to someone else without their permission.

The Stack Check and the prices shown

The prices on this site are:

• $29 per site per month, with a 10-site minimum of $290 a month;
• for MAICON pilot agencies, $19 per site per month for the first six months, with free migration;
• development at our wholesale rate of $110 an hour.

The Stack Check works out a price from the number of sites you enter. It is an estimate to help you compare, not an offer. It does not compute or promise savings.

The price your agency pays is the one in the offer we send you and in the agreement you sign. We may change the prices on this site. A change does not affect an agreement already signed.

What every agreement includes

The agreement you sign sets out the service in full. Two commitments are in every one of them:

• No-poach. Cambio does not solicit an agency's clients, and does not contract with them directly.
• Leaving. An agency can leave with its sites, its data and its backups. The exit period is sixty days.

What this site shows

The panel shown on this site is an illustration. The features described here may change, and some may not be available yet. What your agency receives is set out in your agreement.

Scheduling and other sites

When you book a call you are taken to a scheduling page run by HubSpot, and this site links to other sites. We do not control them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Ownership

The content of this site, including its text, design and logos, belongs to Humanity Media Inc or is used with permission. You may not copy it for commercial use without our written permission.

No warranty

This site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be free of errors or always reachable.

To the extent the law allows, Humanity Media Inc is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here limits what we owe an agency under a signed agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes about them are to be brought in the state or federal courts in San Diego County, California.

Changes and privacy

When we change these terms we will post the new version here and change the date at the top. How we handle information from visitors is described on our privacy page.
